Square Peg, Round Hole

Small church pastors have all kinds of duties and responsibilities. Often, you can’t get away from having to wear several different hats. There are those things, however; those things that just don’t fit. There are those jobs and tasks that we don’t like to do, don’t do them well, don’t see any real fruit from, and dread having to deal with. That’s usually a sign that your square peg is being pounded into a round hole by the expectations of men, not by the will of God. In the comment section below, tell us about that one job and share why you don’t feel like you can lay it down, or delegate it to someone else.
